A - Co-leadership (All the same status): Leaders/Co-leaders of our Guild (ATM): Constantine, Deep, Hell City and Shrock.
B - Lieutenants have a special hole at guild strategy: Whats is expected? 1 - Exemplar performance: Tournaments, Activity and Donations. 2 - Consistency: Keep "item 1" constant. 3 - More consistency: Keep "ïtem 2"constant. 4 - Helping: Help others to improve their dungeons/strategy. 5 - Bring in new good players: this is a vital aspect to keep guild alive and high performing. 6 - Help keep guild running active: keep guild chat alive and kick inactive/poor performers.
Note: lieutenants are not forever duties. We think a rotating leadership is healthy. So it is normal to be promoted/demoted. This just means whose players are helping the most at the moment. We can change this roles each tournament. And we think 2 tournaments are a good sample to promote/demote. This will take in account not just tournament performance, but other items listed above.
